Submit Button on phpBB Registration Page

    Hello. I am using WordPress 3.6 with WP-United. There is no Submit button on my phpBB Registration page, only Reset.

    I looked at the HTML and there is code for the button to be there, but it isn’t. I was informed “That button is inheriting a “visibility: hidden” from WP-United. ” So, how do I make it visible?
