submit button clickable area is not correct

the “submit” button’s clickable area is shifted to the right. the left half is not clickable, instead the empty space on the right is clickable. how can i fix this?

also, i need to change the email address where the submissions are being sent to. i am not able to change it in the settings. how can i do this?
