   I am wondering if there is a submit article plug in (like a contact form) that will alow users to submit an article and upload photos for review by the admin w/o signing up....

   I don't know something like a plug-in for that, but you can let users create accounts setting their level to 1.

   Read this Codex article and ask here again if need more help ;)

   yea i know about that, just didn't want them to sign up at all...

   You could create a user with level 1 and create a special "submit article" page which autmagically logs you in as that user?

   And how can i create a special submit page ? I would like have a form to simple add new article with photos
