Submission Reports Is Empty

Hi,

i have been using form maker for almost a year now, everything is fine, we can get people register to the form and the form will send email alert to our emails.

The problem that we are facing is that on the backend, when we select view submission and then select the form that we want to view the submission, the screen is just blank, nothting appear and this is very important for us to see the conversion rate and other related information that is vital for our registration process which was held every semester.

I hope that your team can help me to resolve the problem asap. Thanks
