Hello - have just re-established my will to blog, and went about installing WP 3.3.1 on a subdomain via Fantastico (automated WP install from my web host). It's on a sub-domain because my primary domain has a CNAME re-direct on it that means subdirectories would also be re-directed (not good).
So after apparently successful installation, both my blog.domain.com and blog.domain.com/wp-admin links are giving me errors. The ULRs seem to resolve to blog.domain.com/blog and then almost instantly resolve to blog.domain.com/blog/blog etc until my browser (Safari) gives an error of "to many redirects occurred trying to open the page". Any ideas?
In my web host control panel, I have established the blog.domain.com subdomain and it clearly states "not redirected". The "document root" however is "public_html/blog", which I don't think is particularly problematic.
Will keep hacking away at this problem by re-installing, but any ideas or advice are GREATLY appreciated.
