Subdomain Removal

Hello,
We have recently amalgamated our site from our original subdomain location to our domain location.
ex. http://www.dialysis.dialysismanagementclinics.ca/wordpress
to
http://www.dialysismanagementclinics.ca

When we type in certain keywords we get the old subdomain location pop up.

Also, we sometimes get our old headline come up instead of our new headline.

Is there any way to change these two errors from happening and always make sure they load the proper domain and headline?
