    Hi everyone,

    I've installed WordPress on mydomain.com/sitename and I've created a subdomain sitename.mydomain.com.

If I visit my site on sitename.mydomain.com and click on Contact, for example, it changes to mydomain.com/sitename/conatct/.

Can please somebody advise how could I keep the URL like this: sitename.mydomain.com/contact/

    Thanks for helping! :)

i think its in your hostgator cpanel . there is a setting for it at bottom of home page of cpanel and in domain sub domain section to set what your user sees

Thanks for replying. Sorry, don't see anything like that, only Document Root, Redirection, and Actions, but I'm not sure if I can fix it here.

Does this have to do anything with .htaccess file?

    Thanks.

OK, I've just read the forum rules and I can post a link, so here it is:
http://best80scartoons.insplisity.com/. If you open the site, click on any kind of link, it will change to http://insplisity.com/best80scartoons/mobile-application/

I hope this is solvable. :)
