I have this website http://tinyurl.com/kr7aapt setup with multi site feature in wordpress.

The logic behind this website is the main domain pulls up the contents from the subdomains and displays a teaser in the main site. So when the user lands on the main site .. he/she will click on the teaser and then get into the particular subdomains for the full content.

Last week i could see the this subdomain when i would search for the main domain name in google. but now i don't see the subdomain anymore while if i google for the jobs.mydomainname.com i can see the links being indexed by google.

I have set up the webmaster tool for both the main domain and subdomain to check if i have some duplicate content issue with my subdomain related to jobs. I will update the results as soon as i get some information regarding the duplicate content issues.

But for now i can see arts.mymaindomain.com in google as i search for my maindomain name but not jobs.mymaindomain.com.

Anyone experienced this issue so far ?

How? What plugin are you using for this?
