Subdomain Has WP installed but myPHPAdmin doesn't list it?

    I’m trying to transfer a website to a subdomain (with a different URL). My FTP seems to indicate that WP has been installed, but the URL doesn’t exist in myPHPAdmin. I’m thinking that’s the reason why subdomain.site1.com/wp-admin redirects to site2.com/wp-admin. Should I delete and then re-add the subdomain to fix this? Or is there an easier fix?
