Hi. I have my WP installed in a category http://www.borawski.info/wordpress/. I also have subdomain http://blog.borawski.info/, which moves users to the previously mentioned adress.

In settings, in "WordPress address (URL)" I've typed http://www.borawski.info/wordpress/ and the same adress in "Blog address (URL)".

I'd like to have permalinks looking like: http://blog.borawski.info/?p=123, but when I add http://blog.borawski.info/ in "Blog address (URL)" and i type only http://blog.borawski.info/, browser leads me to this adress: http://www.borawski.info/wordpress//wordpress.

How can I solve this problem to have nice, clear permalinks and domain working correctly?

You probably need to review this:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory
Think of the sub domain as the root for the above doc.

I've tried this method, but it's not working :( somechow subdomain works differently, maybe because it leads already to right folder with blog...

I have http://blog.example.com (which is really http://example.com/blog) - the only thing in it is the modified index.php.
All of my other files are at http://example.com/wordpress.

In admin under "Settings" my wordpress url is
    http://example.com/wordpress
    my blog url is http://blog.example.com
It's been working this way for quite a while now.
