subdirectory link access showing page not found

my wordpress website has sub directory named ‘test’,created
along with wp-admin,wp-includes and wp-content directories.but
redirecting to the page inside this test directory is showing page not
found,perhaps the fact it exists there.please give me tips as soon as
possible.i tried to edit .htaccess .if i changed link as mydomain/wor/subdirectory its showing permission denied 304 error.i am ignorant of giving exact link .Ticket not closed till yet.what to do….
