   Hi, I searched the whole web and WP forums to find an answer but I didn't...

   How can I make subcategories to use parent cateogry template? I thought it was managed by WordPress but it is not :(

   There is a code on this page but it doesn't work with WP 3:

   I don't want to use a plugin (if any exist) to manage category templates behaviour, I'm sure there is an easy way to do that. If anyone can help it would be great, I know many people are looking for this 'hack'.

   I'm looking for the same solution. I would like to have sub-category posts use their parent category's template:

   category-a uses template-category-a
   category-a-prime uses template-category-a

   category-b uses template-category-b
   category-b-prime uses template-category-b

   etc...? Please post a link if you know the answer to making this work...!
