sub menus at nav bar

Since the pages in my nav bar is getting more and more; I want to find a solution: it’s too clumspy to have soo many links.
Probably sub menus under a link is good.
For example:- About
- Biography
- Projects
- Visions
- Gallery
- Video
etc……
An example is something like http://www.dhl-usa.com
I saw a similar kind of nav bar in one of the member’s blog, but I forgotten the link, been googling the last 2 days, founded no results, then tried with some at dynamic drive, but seems they don’t work too well, or don’t work at all, thus I post a thread here. Hope someone could give me some clues…… 🙂
