Sub Menu items dummy links

Hi I was wondering whether it is possible to have dummy links for sub menus.
I know how to make a placeholder link for a page by adding # to the url of a top navigation page but what I am trying to achieve is for my page that contains my posts to have a submenu that goes nowhere but contains posts relevant to the parent submenu.

E.g I have a page “Free Web Design Tips and Photoshop Tutorials” which holds all my posts. In the drop down sub menu items there is a link to each individual post.

I would like to have the drop down menu from the parent menu item to be divided into photoshop tutorials and web design tips and each of these to have the relevant posts, ie the web design tips to be listed as submenus of the web design dummy sub menu and the photoshop tutorials the same.
