   on my site

   I have a main Category as "BARE-ACTS"
   Under this category i created other subcategories like
   abolitionprivycouncil
   Civil
   CrPc
   IPC
   and in these sub category [abolitionprivycouncil]i created posts as s1.htm,s2.htm etc
   but when i created files in another category[crpc] with same name [s1.htm] its not taking instead its making it s1-2.htm

   in my "Permalink Settings" i added "Custom Structure" as /%category%/%postname%.htm but i give small slug when i created post.

   but it will not allow me to give same name as other category.

   is it BUG OR I DONE SOMETHING WRONG.
