I made new page but i want to see this page as a subcategory (Category Parent) how can make this changes?

Pages are NOT categories. You can make a Page a child of another Page by setting the Parent value when writing a page.

In your admin, under Pages, click on Edit, click on Edit on the Page you want to make a 'child' Page.
In the Attributes model, in the Parent field pulldown and select that Pages parent.
