   I have a website (http://www.splurj.com)
   and my blog is a separate site (blog.splurj.com) but I want my blog styled in exactly the same way as the main site, the only difference being that my post will appear in the main area of the page and a sidebar with all the post info, archives etc. appearing on the left under the graphic with the 3 lines and the little arrow.

   Now, I'm a bit of a learner when it comes to wordpress and coding so if anyone can tell me the best way to get this result in as much detail as possible I would be very grateful. Thanks.

   What should I be looking at?

   I know a bit about theme's etc. but I don't know how to get what I want and load in the blog and a sidebar?
