Styling individual pages/posts (4 posts)

I have a pretty basic question I could not seem to find a clear answer to.

I am currently working on building my blog/professional portfolio by customizing Vigilance, a WordPress theme.
In addition to making several changes to the actual theme, I would also like to style individual pages on my blog. I am not sure where the CSS styling for the individual pages should go. Can I style the pages by going to Add New Page in the WordPress administration panel and then using the HTML view, and inserting an Internal CSS style sheet into each page/post? Or do I need to find a way to apply the CSS rules in the actual theme?

You'll want to make individual page templates - there's a good explanation of this here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#Creating_Your_Own_Page_Templates

    Hope it helps!
