• Okay, so I am trying out a new theme after it was recommended to me to do so, but my problem is persisting.

Earlier I was using bootstrap-ultimate CHILD and when I would update my style.css (I use text-wrangler) it would update under appearance > editor, but would not update the actual stylesheet used to display the website. I talked to my web host, Dreamhost, and the guy I talked to had me view it in a different browser, and also had me view it from the anonymouse (?) website, etc. I also have viewed from different device and my site is definitely displaying the old stylesheet.
Dreamhost rep was puzzled, but said no indication it was something on their end. I currently have a support ticket in with them (as I was advised to do) but want to post here as well because the issue is believed to be on WP’s end.

I am now using DevDmBootstrap3 theme CHILD. My style.css is showing as updated to the most current if I view appearance > editor > style.css, however when I view my site, none of the stylesheet code comes up!!! You might believe I have the child theme code done incorrectly, but I can confirm this to be untrue without a doubt.

I tried clearing my browser cache, clearing my cloudfare (through dreamhost) cache, and also disabled all of my plugins one by one to see if that is the cause. I am completely baffled! Please help!

Yeah, well, without a link to the site in question, that is what I am leaning toward.

What happens when you access the actual CSS file in your browser? You should be able to get to the CSS file by viewing the source of the page, and then clicking on the link to the CSS file.
