Today I check the site and all the custom settings/changes I made with Styles plugin are still there but they aren't displaying when viewing the website live? It's like it was stripped down naked or something...Please advise
WordPress 3.8 running Twenty Eleven theme.

I'm seeing lots of custom colors and styles set by the Styles plugin on your site right now. Did the problem resolve, or can you point to a specific styling that's different between your preview and live version?

For reference, here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing.

Patrick, No it hasn't been resolved yet. You are correct in the fact that you see a lot of custom colors and styles set by the Styles plugin. Those are the customizations I added that are still saved in WordPress/Styles Plugin. However, it's those settings that aren't translating over to the live website. I do see your screenshot but I'm not sure if that is from a live browser. That screen shot is what it suppose to look like live. But when I'm on Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc., the website appears without any of my saved Styles plugin settings. You can go to the website from any one of those browsers I mentioned and you will see the issue I'm referring to. Your help is appreciated. Thank you.

I de-activated all other plugins, deleted and re-installed the styles plugins (both). Once re-installed, all my customizations in the styles plugin were still there/saved. But my website is still bare (not displaying any of those settings). Thanks,

Are you running some sort of page-speed optimization service or compression service in front of your site? Or perhaps some code in your theme or a plugin that attempts to detect and behave differently for Windows computers?

I ask this because when viewing your site on Chrome and Firefox on a Mac, I see this. However, when loading in Chrome or Internet Explorer on Windows, I get this.

I can see what's causing it in the code — your site is outputting incomplete code to Windows browsers (screenshot of code, with commentary).

You might try deleting and reinstalling the theme, especially if customizations have been made to it. (Make a backup first if you have edited it!)

If that doesn't trigger a bell, I'd have to look at your site's setup in the admin. Would you be able to send a temporary admin login at styles@stylesplugin.com? Enabling Styles Debug Mode in Settings > Styles might also give me some additional hints.

Hi jcutter — I haven't forgotten you; just been swamped while I adjust at a new job. I've logged into your site and am testing a few theories about what may be causing the problem.

In answer to your (emailed) question about themes: Styles supports TwentyTen through TwentyThirteen currently. I'm working on ways to bring it to more themes rapidly, but it's still a few months out.

Developers can add Styles to themes by following the code walkthrough linked on the plugin page.

PS: Help *is* coming. My new job allows me time to work on Styles. Again, it's just been a wild ride catching up to all the changes.
