    As a rule of thumb don’t modify the plugin files directly. You will lose your changes when you update the plugin. You can override the plugin CSS rules from you theme stylesheet file.

    The size of the avatar is controlled by WordPress. Check the function get_avatar() and the filter sc_filter_avatar().
