Style Issues With Multiple Tags In Widget

    When using the “Our Teams” widget it appears that there are multiple <h3> tags in a row.

    <h3> is used for the widget title (if added), and then right after it’s again used for the team member name. This is causing some styling issues as now the team member names are replicating the widget title styles.

    I know that I can target the CSS for the team member name and fix this but I’d rather not have double <h3>’s. Are there any suggestions to change the team member name to use a <div> instead of an <h3> in the widget without modifying the core files?
