Stupidly uploaded a file in my Bluehost cpanel and broke my site

I’ve just migrated my content from blogger to WP.org stupidly was trying to fix my Permalinks following some instructions on a random blog found via googling.

I uploaded a fix.php and .htaccess file as per the link below. Then paniced when I realised it was broken and removed the fix.php file from the cspanel but everything has gone wrong and I now get a “[an error occurred while processing this directive]” error.

How do I restore things to the way the were. WPBeginner uploaded the custom theme for me.
