<!--nextpage--> pagination is broken on the blog I'm working on, and it's got me stumped. All the page links still show up -- and when clicked they point to the right url <.../postname/*number*/> but the page just refreshes to the first section. I tried deactivating all plugins, and that did not work. Anybody seen this before?
