[resolved] Stuck on trying to make a navbar (4 posts)

I happen to be new to WordPress and blogging in general. I have installed and am playing around with my own multisite installation and am still getting a feel for how it works. My problem is that I'm baffled at trying to get my own horizontal navbar set up. I would like to post a static "About me" page which I have written up and saved. But, despite reading all the relevant codexes, and browsing through several forums, and trying everything I know to do, I have not succeeded at creating an "About me" button on my navbar. Let alone linking it to my "About me" page.

My two blogs I'm working on are
    bryanskinnell.com
    bscartoons.com

  2. This isn't a multisite question, since the answer is the same for single installs.

http://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_Screen is what you're looking for.

Thanks Ipstenu. I wasn't certain if my having multi-blogs was a factor or not. I didn't think it would be, but I don't want to assume anything either. Thanks for the link.

  4. Not unless you're trying to make a menu on all your sites at once ;)
