Stuck on Login Loop (Can't fix with solutions I've found)

Hello,

So today I wake up to an email saying my site has been automatically upgraded to the latest version of WordPress. I went to login, and get stuck on the admin login loop. I put in the correct username/password, and it doesn’t say incorrect, just redirects.

Now is there an easy fix without using FTP access, since I’m not really sure how to do that. I build the whole thing just installing WordPress on my GoDaddy hosting account and opening it from there.

Now, I can spend the time teaching myself how to use FTP access, but I just feel like that would take ages, there has to be an easier fix right? Or a way to prevent this from happening?
