    neohq -
I have obviously tried that and the follow on page is a dead link - hense me posting the issue here! and I don't see the point of you spamming the thread with a warez movie link...

    tommygene -
Not to sound abrupt, but would you not think it prudent to start your own thread for your own issue?!

    samboll,

How exactly do I do what you suggest?

This is the error I get after uplaoding the install.php file:

Warning: main(D:\hshome\rothar/wp-load.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\hshome\rothar\blog.conormurraydesign.com\install.php on line 18

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'D:\hshome\rothar/wp-load.php' (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in D:\hshome\rothar\blog.conormurraydesign.com\install.php on line 18

    He Dasticker,

It seems the file wp-load.phpis missing in your directory. ust unzip and or copy agian all the files.

D:\ means you are running Wp locally? no, not with an externel web adress. So you are missing files or got links mixed up, I think.

you've changed something - that error wasn't there before
henkholland is right - you are missing wp-load.php and maybe other files

I downloaded the full version of wordpress-2.8. All of those files were uplaoded to the server... I'll look into downloading it again...
