“strtotime()” Error on Browse All Upload Box

    I’m getting the following error:

    Warning: strtotime() [function.strtotime]: Called with an empty time parameter. in C:\Program Files\xampp\xampp\htdocs\cccc\wp-includes\template-functions-links.php on line 53

    Warning: date() [function.date]: Windows does not support dates prior to midnight (00:00:00), January 1, 1970 in C:\Program Files\xampp\xampp\htdocs\cccc\wp-includes\template-functions-links.php on line 67

    I’m using WordPress 2.0, and get that error when I hit the “Browse All” button in the file upload box. Anybody know what’s going on?
