[resolved] Strip shortcode text in excerpt (4 posts)

Love the plugin, it's really excellent and easy to use. The only slight issue I'm having is with the shortcode text in the excerpt. I'm actually using the tabs shortcode to include an additional shortcode for another plugin (wp-events manager). I've written a function that shows the events manager shortcode text to execute in full in the excerpt rather than the actual shortcode text of [events_list] but I cannot for the life of me strip out the [tab name=" "] code for Post UI Tabs.

Is there any help or advice you could offer me? Here's a link to the URL of the archive page showing the excerpts, to give you an idea of what I'm babbling on about. I'm also using <?php the_excerpt() ?> to fetch the excerpt in the archive.php file.

It was in the plugin settings. I have the following enabled:

    Enable tabs for archives

    Use tabs on more pages

    Use disabled tabs

That sorted it out for me, hope it works for you. :)
