Stretched images in footer (4 posts)

The images in the footer of my website are enlarged to the point of being streched across the whole screen. I can't tell what causes this, and there seems to be nothing in the code about it. Does anybody have any idea of what might have gone wrong? (For reference, the website can be found here: http://www.harrowkorfball.com/ )

You could try adding height and width attributes to the images. WordPress usually does this for you.

while moving the code of the header nav, you probably made some errors:

    http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.harrowkorfball.com%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0

through these errors, the footer image is technically a #branding img for the browser, and gets styled accordingly:

    sort the header coding.

    btw:
do not edit the default theme Twenty Eleven directly, but create a child theme to work with http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

Yes, it is in style.css. #branding img is set at 100%. Change that to auto. You should use a child theme to make sure your changes are not written over when upgrading.
