streams.php memory limit

I tried to fixe this, and I have stock on other error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /mnt/swraid/data/p/pocitac.com/ddr/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 94

i guess that this is somehow connectied to faulide of autoupdate process.

I have 64MB, its not enought?

Btw, at main title page code ends just before Cloud tag area.

90% of page is loaded but code ends suddently before tags widget.

Update2: when I switch blog from CZE to ENG then all works. 🙁
Is it possible that translation process consume so much memory? (until recently all worked correctly).
