The video media uploader simply inserts the title in the post.
No plugins I have tried will show the video - the best I can get is the sound only.
What is the best solution, in your eyes, to streaming self-hosted video on a WordPress site?
And which format do you find is the best?

Did anyone ever answer this question? I have the same question. It's easy to embed video hosted from YouTube etc. but what if the video file resides on my own hosted server?
For instance, a 1-hour video when YouTube only allows 10 minute videos.
How do I code the page or where is the player to allow videos to be streamed onto a WordPress page if the video source file is on the hosted server and not with YouTube?
Why does it seem that NOBODY has this answer?

FLV Embed Has been working just fine for .mp4 videos hosted on my own server. Oddly enough, I usually just use it for .flv's.
