[resolved] Stranmge PageBuilder Issue on Only One Page (4 posts)

I am building a new website with the PageBuilder plugin, as I've done many times before. The site is exhibiting a strange display issue on one of the pages.

The site uses an Artisteer-generated theme, again, as I've done many times before, with a fully justified menu stretching across the whole width of the content area, and has some sub menu items. The home page uses a PageBuilder layout, and is fine, but the Contact-Us page, which also uses a PageBuilder layout, displays the menu left-justified, and with no submenu items. I've copied the content from this page into the normal editor on another page rather than using PageBuilder, and the menu displays fine.

Does this sound like a PageBuilder issue?

I'd be happy to supply the URL and even an Administrator account, but of course I can't publish them here.

I've now got a similar, presumably related issue on another site I'm working on. Again with the contact form in a columned layout using Page Manager. This time the menu is unaffected, but instead of a couple of text widgets in the left column and the contact form (Gravity Forms, using the widget) in the right column, the contact form also appears in the left column. If I reverse the layout, then the contact form correctly displays on the left with the text widgets on the right. But I don't want it that way around!

    Does anyone recognise these issues?

Could Greg Priday or someone from SiteOrigin possibly take a look for me?

    Thanks,

Hi there Paul. Do you by any chance have a public URL where I can take a look at the issue to get a clearer idea of what's going on? If I can't figure it out from there I'll take a closer look. Possibly using a temporary admin account.

Sorry, I didn't spot this and so didn't provide you with a URL, although I'm happy to if it helps.

It's probably not necessary now though, as I've isolated the error and resolved it.

The issue seems to have been caused by the Gravity Forms Widget (which I appreciate is their Widget, not yours) when placed inside a Page Builder block. I have resolved the issue by using a text Widget with the Gravity Forms short code instead, and I can reproduce the issue by putting the Gravity Forms Widget back.

Hope this helps, please feel free to contact me should you need to.
