Strange Triangle Diamond Characters

Hey guys, could you please tell me what may be wrong:

I first had problems with †and Â, but I just changed this:

define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');
define('DB_COLLATE', '');

To this:

//define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');
//define('DB_COLLATE', '');

It was working ok for some days, and for most of the times, but now I’m getting that wierd diamond triangle with a question mark in it.
