    Dear all,

have you ever seen a link like this? Is my site haked? I dind't find anything on the web to explain how this "www.freehostreview.com" can add is web address to my website links. The result is a 404 code for these links.

this is a very short selection of them:

    http://www.scrical.it/tag/zurigo/www.freehostreview.com
    http://www.scrical.it/2011/04/www.freehostreview.com
    http://www.scrical.it/tag/norimberga/www.freehostreview.com
    http://www.scrical.it/about/i-100-anni-di-scrical-scrical-centenary/www.freehostreview.com

I really do not know how to repair it. Has anyone a suggestion?

    Thanks a lot.

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Thanks a lot I will do it.

So it seem a "hole" in a plugin. I discovered it with a check using
google webmaster tools. Do you know if there is something to prevent using Wp tools (a part from switching to TT theme?) :)

    Hi,
at the end I did in this way. I've checked the url with a multi file search within the wp-content and found it on a theme which I don't even use. The removing of the theme folder resolved the problem.

My question was if there is a WP plugin that can prevent such problems. I use TAC at the moment for the theme and in fact it detected the URL but I didn't imagine that it was used in that way.
    Thanks for your help.
