    Hello all...

    http://www.suffolkpcsupport.co.uk/wordpress/

    This is my first post, and any help would be much appreciated. I am using the Responsive Theme By ThemeID - Version 1.8.7.

    I have been testing out header logo sizes and for some reason when I look at the site through a browser the logo is stuck on an old files called test4.png which is not even installed anymore!

    In WP the header still updates fine and when I click on visit site I can see the new logo but as soon as I close WP and re-open the site I am back to the file test4.png.

    Code from site when logged into WP is: <div id="logo">
    <img src="http://www.suffolkpcsupport.co.uk/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/copy-suffolkpcsupport_header_logo.png" width="500" height="42" alt="Suffolk PC Support" />
    </div><!-- end of #logo -->
    ----------------------

    Code looking at site in a browser after closing WP is: <div id="logo">
    <img src="http://www.suffolkpcsupport.co.uk/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/test4.png" width="700" height="75" alt="Suffolk PC Support" />
    </div><!-- end of #logo -->
    -------------------------------

    To try and get back to before I had the issue I have deactivated the last two plugins (Cookie Law Info & Testimonials Widget) with no luck.

    This is my first WP site and I am stumped

    cheers

    Simple fix: Remove WP-Super-Cache and please don't use any type of content caching plugins, they're nothing but the trouble. Yes the server is down due to http://www.dreamhoststatus.com/2013/01/15/outage-in-our-irvine-data-center/ feel free to Tweet @DreamHost about it and also appeal WordPress not to list this horrible Hosting Provider ever again.

    Sorry, I hate to see the server down and you guys left alone like that :(

    Thanks,
    Emil

    Thanks @irishkeet and I apologize for the server inconvenience. ThemeID is using DreamHost VPS and on a very limited budget, just to provide decant server to you guys, but DreamHost is keep failing over and over again.

    Please let me know if this fixes your problem and if there is anything else I can do, let me know and I will. It's 3:47 Illinois CST (UTC-6) and I am standing by.

    Thanks,
    Emil

    So glad to hear that. And server is up again and here's what you can do to speed up your site without any type of content caching plugins that is and please believe me that this works, everything was done according to Google's PageSpeed.

    Thank you so much for using Responsive and for being so patient while the server was down.

    Regards,
    Emil
