   Hi all,

   We have just finished building a new site for a client (using WordPress 3.2) and it has gone live on their server in Australia. There is one recurring bug with one of the posts that we can't find the cause of.

   When the client tries to edit this post:
   http://stopdiabetes.com.au/?p=1011

   the formatting goes awry. The pictures look staggered and there's no way of getting it back to normal using the WYSIWYG view in the Dashboard. The bug seems to be introducing a whole stack of rogue HTML. Here's an extract of that code which appeared when the client tried to insert an image into the post from the media library:

   Has anyone experienced this before? Any thoughts on what might be causing it?

   Have you tried:

   - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

   - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

   - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
