Like others, I have a problem with the size of my blog (it's getting to big). So I looked at the server and I found a few files that I don't understand:
core.12118
core.25488
core.26714
core.6756
Do you know what they do? Do I need them?

Probably caused by operating system...please call your host.
If those are caused by WordPress may want to increase the amount of memory PHP may consume.
