Strange custom post type issue

    Hey all,

    I recently had an issue where access to a custom post type on the admin menu disappeared. I installed a plugin that allows me to add new custom post types and created one with the same menu label, as soon as it was activated both show up in the sidebar. How can I just get the old one to show?
