   You have a plugin or a theme problem.

   Turn of your plugins for starters.

   I Cant even log into the administration dashboard do you know any other way i can login?

   Go in via FTP.

   Rename the plugins folder to plugins-old.

   i have only two plugins all in one seo and addthis i don't think they are the problem. i guess i have to reinstall wordpress and see if everything will work perfectly. thank you for your help i appreciate your time

   Then you need to try your themes.

   Delete everything in themes EXCEPT for twentyeleven.
