Strange code at end of links

    I havent made any changes that i can remember to the site, but in the last few days there is a code at the end of links in the address bar that is including its self..

    Not sure where its from or how it got there..
    i have tried to remove plugins and it is still there. if you go to my site

    and on the left side bar click on a category link and watch what happens.. many other links that people have saved in their bookmarks are not working anymore..
    any idea on how to get this to stop?
