   Hi,

   I´m building a site for a friend, and suddenly everything looks nuts in IE (v 8, I think), and Chrome (v 16.0.912.75).
   In Firefox all Swedish characters (å,ä,ö) look fine, but in IE and Chrome they are substituted for other characters, for instance ä turns into the promille sign, ö turns into an apostrophe, and so on. (I tried to copy and paste these characters in here, but then they simply turn into å,ä and ö!)

   I don´t know what I did wrong? I installed the English version of WP, I have used that before, without any problems with these characters...

   What do I do?
