Strange 404s

    I get loads of 404 errors with loads of requests for:
    /index.php%3fpaged=2

    I haven’t the foggiest how users are hitting that. To get to the second page, it’s http://nathanr.ca/page/2

    So why am I getting so many errors?

    I’ve applied a “bandaid” solution in my .htaccess but that solves the effect and not the cause.

    Anyone want to help me tackle this one?

    I might have it solved. I think it could be a plugin – if there are no 404 notifications when I wake up, I’ll consider it solved by myself.
