   I'm a WordPress newborn. I can not get the slider in Storefront Elegance to work at all. No pictures display, only the progress bar. I've looked at tutorials, I feel like I'm going through the steps right... but something's wrong. I even tried manually installing the jquery.nivo.slider.pack.js

   Any suggestions?

   Elegance is one of the few storefront themes that I haven't used yet...I would suggest asking this question here: http://storefrontthemes.com/forums/ if you haven't already as people there would be much more able to help you.
