   I am assuming that a bot is causing the abnormally high page view counts in WordPress Stats that I am seeing on one of my posts. How can I stop this? I hate to have to abandon this plugin because of this.

   Do you have any non-javascript way of tracking your stats? awstats, apache logs, perhaps?

   Check there, block the culprit at server level. obviously if it's google, you don't block them. But if it's any of random scrappers i deal with it everyday ..then block them for sure.

   I use Woopra and Google Analytics too. The 'hits' do not show up there. They only show in WordPress Stats
