Stopped Working IP Exclusion?

    My statistics are all 0 even though I have an active site.

    I had my own ip address excluded and now read that there may need to be a subnet added to the list. But the documentation is lacking as to how to input that correctly.

    So I added what I think is a subnet.
    Here is what I currently have in the exclusion list.

    98.176.63.18/255.255.255.0

    Is this the correct way to input my ip address and subnet?
