robotdanceso i've been running wordpress for a few years. i always keep up with the newest updates. i've never ever had a problem with being hacked by any bots up until yesterday. i just don't know where they're coming from.
i'm running 2.6.3. all my plugins are updated. i changed passwords on everything.
whats happening is that all of my index files source gets loaded with spam links and makes my site unusable. i deleted and replaced a couple files but they would get re-hacked seconds later. then i deleted every single index file in every folder and replaced them and it seemed to have fixed the problem... until about 30 minutes ago when i noticed it happened again.
now i'm currently deleting EVERYTHING and re-re-installing wordpress on my site.
does anyone know of any security issues with the new version of wordpress that i should know about? its just odd because its never happened before.
