Stop certain posts from mailing to subscribers

Hello (I posted this previously and it was suggested to post it here)

I love WordPress and jetpack but I can’t figure this one out.
How do I tell a post not to mail to subscribers. I run this site
http://www.westbendnews.net
and there are bidding notices, realty, etc that I want to post, but I don’t want it to be mailed out to news subscribers.
Anyway to tell certain ones to not go out?
