Still stuck with summaries in my feeds (4 posts)

I've actually been trying to figure this one out for several weeks. For some reason, most of the feeds WordPress is spitting out are just summaries of the post. There's only one feed that shows the full post (atom I believe), but it doesn't always seem to validate properly.

For the record, I'm not using "more" tags, I've tried at least one plugin that's supposed to force full feeds, and it doesn't matter what browser or feed reader I use, the problem is the same.

    The blog is at CottrillCompass.com/blog.

I'd appreciate some help - I'm at a loss! Thanks!

Could it be a feedburner setting? Might be worth trying..

No, it has nothing to do with Feedburner. I turned off Feedburner and tried all the different WordPress feeds - no success.

It's pretty frustrating! You'd think it would be an easy thing to solve ... for someone who knew what they were doing. :)

you are using podpress as well as feedburner..

your feeds that are being redirected to feedburner are showing excerpts:

    http://www.cottrillcompass.com/blog/wp-rss2.php
    http://www.cottrillcompass.com/blog/wp-rss.php
    http://www.cottrillcompass.com/blog/wp-atom.php

this one, however, is not being redirected to feedburner, and shows the content:

    http://www.cottrillcompass.com/blog/wp-feed.php

I suggest disabling both podpress and the feedburner plugin, and exploring what your WORDPRESS generated feed looks like. And then letting us see what it looks like also.

In other words, right now, you are using two plugins, both of which affect the output of your feed, and Im going to make a bet that WordPress is doing exactly what it ought to be doing, and that your trouble lies in 1 of those of those plugins.

and please realize feeds are cached, so a new post might be necessary after you disable those.
