   Hi,
   Unfortunately, even if I keep the plugin updated to the latest version, sometimes arrive purchases with shipping cost to zero..
   Why is that?
   I can not find a logic behind this..

   It happens both by bank transfer or with cash or with paypal..

   It happens to you?
